When: Saturday July 19th/Sunday July 20th
On Saturday July 19th, some end-user services will be unavailable from 9:00AM – 6:00PM. This outage is required to update servers to current patch levels and ensure continued maintenance and support with software vendors. The following services will be affected at various times throughout the day:
Student File Storage (N drive), Academic and Non-academic Staff File Storage (N drive), GroupWise E-mail (Webmail and the GroupWise client), NetStorage, SFTP, Student Printing and Academic/Non-academic Staff Printing
On Sunday July 20th, GroupWise will be unavailable from 9:00AM – 2:00PM. This outage is required to update GroupWise to current patch levels and ensure continued maintenance and support with software vendors. New e-mail will be retained and delivered to users upon completion of the upgrade.
