On Saturday night, the Vikings looked to battle back against the NAIT Ooks. Despite being down 21-14 after the first, the Vikings displayed great defensive effort in the second and third quarter. The squad allowed only 14 points in the second and nine points in the third quarter. Jamie Sparrow was again the player of the game with 13 points and six rebounds. Jessie Hameister-Ries also had six rebounds and 15 points. Karla Binder had eight rebounds, five assists, and seven points on the night. In the paint, the Vikings posts did a great job of shutting down NAIT player Courtney Willis. Although Willis had 22 points and 15 boards on Friday night, the Vikings responded by limiting Willis to only seven rebounds and three points on Saturday.
