The GroupWise/Email server migration to a new operating system and hardware has been completed.
Should you experience any difficulty connecting to GroupWise using your GroupWise client, please ensure the following options are selected on your GroupWise login screen. Please ensure Online is selected with Address pointing to ‘groupwise.augustana.ca’, and the Port is set to ‘1677’ (both without quotes).
For users using IMAPS (secure IMAP), please ensure that the server address for connecting to is set to ‘groupwise.augustana.ca’. The current SSL certificate is set for the server name (strauss.augustana.ca) so you may see a name mismatch when connecting. The communication will remain secure should you accept the name mismatch, or please use the GroupWise client if that is more comfortable.
