Augustana telephones will be off-line on Thursday May 6th from 1800-1830 due to system upgrades.

On 6th May 2010, Technology and Learning Services staff will be working with NEC Canada to complete upgrades on Augustana’s telephone system.  During this upgrade, outbound calling from any campus telephone will not be possible. In addition, any phone calls made to an Augustana telephone number will be redirected to an automated message that will inform callers that the telephone system is being upgraded.

While this outage is occurring, TELUS payphones will be working as they are not affected by this service upgrade.
