Friday, 2nd July 2010 is designated a furlough day for Non-Academic Staff. TLS staff will not be present on campus for this day.
All network resources maintained by TLS will continue to operate normally. (Webmail, N drive, etc.)
Challenges entered in the Challenge Tracking System will be responded to during the next business day, 5 July 2010. Calls to the help desk (x1600) will not be answered, but callers may leave a voice mail message, to be acted upon 5 July 2010.
TLS staff will maintain an on-call staff member who is able to respond to emergencies only. Calling the help desk (x1600) and pressing 1 for emergency will connect you to the on-call personnel.
