TLS has been made aware of telephone problems for some users on campus.

TLS has been made aware of telephone problems for some users on campus.  Specifically, some sets will not dial when taken off hook.

We are working with our vendor, NEC Canada, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At this point, we do not have an estimate of time to resolution. We will send another notification when the problem has been resolved, or when we have an estimated time of resolution.
