TLS has been informed that some people with Telus home internet service are unable to browse to any or some augustana.ca websites.  We have determined that this issue results from a misconfigured DNS device within the the Telus network. Telus Network Operations has been contacted and they are looking at how to resolve this issue permanently.

Users experiencing difficulty connecting to augustana.ca websites from their Telus home connections can try connecting to the augustana.ualberta.ca addresses instead.

For example, webmail.augustana.ca can also be reached by browsing to webmail.augustana.ualberta.ca; www.augustana.ca can also be reached by browsing to www.augustana.ualberta.ca.

Telus has not provided a timeline to resolve this issue. TLS will provide updates on our website www.augustana.ualberta.ca/tls
