Technology and Learning Services staff was alerted last night to an outage affecting the ability to login to GroupWise and myweb.augustana.ca.

Outage:  Login failure to GroupWise and MyWeb
Wednesday 11th August 2010, 18:30 -> 12th August 2010, 04:30

Technology and Learning Services staff was alerted last night to an outage affecting the ability to login to GroupWise and myweb.augustana.ca.  Investigation into the problem has revealed to be a hardware issue with the LDAP server that was scheduled for replacement in October 2010.  TLS has resolved the issue temporarily while a more permanent solution is being constructed.

TLS will update the campus when additional information regarding the solution is available.
