Every semester, the U of A Augustana Campus highlights the research of students who have been involved in directed reading projects. Directed readings give senior-level students the opportunity to research a topic of personal interest under the mentorship of a faculty member.

On Monday, December 6, students across multiple disciplines and even more diverse topics will showcase the culmination of their research at the Student Academic Conference (SAC). Expect dynamic presentations from disciplines such as biology, chemistry, community service-learning, drama, English, environmental sciences, mathematics, philosophy, physics and psychology.

We invite you to join us and choose between over 25 presentations across campus. They will range from Riot Grrls to Mongolian gerbils and everything in between.

You can find out more about the topics and schedule here.
