On 2nd February 2011, Technology and Learning Services staff will be performing network upgrades that require an outage of the staff file servers (VIVALDI and STRAUSS). During this upgrade, users will be able to log in, but will not have access to their N: drive, or any other network volumes, such as shared drives.
Please save all your files/work prior to the upgrade. TLS recommends shutting down your PC at the end of the day Tuesday, 1st February.
Logged in users will receive a disconnection notice on their workstation as the outage begins. If you receive this notice, please reboot your computer after the outage is complete to restore access to your network drives.
