Telephone Voicemail Upgrade Outage
Tuesday, 3rd May 2011, 02:00 -> 08:00 (2:00AM to 8:00AM)
On the 3rd of May 2011, Technology and Learning Services staff will be working with NEC Canada to complete an upgrade to Augustana’s telephone voicemail service.
During this upgrade, any caller making a call to an Augustana telephone extension which is not answered and/or is forwarded to voicemail will be directed to a standard message explaining the outage. Voicemail messages will not be recorded and message retrieval will not be possible for the duration of the upgrade.
