A unique opportunity to experience the mind-body balance applied to the game of basketball. Athletes will elarn about the types of exercise and stretching that best prepare them for optimum athletic performance (including addressing major joint stability issues).

Basketball skills are combined with elements of yoga and aikido, building a connection between athlete mindfulness and athletic performance.

This camp is instructed by the men’s basketball team and is targeted at experienced basketball athletes that are looking to hone their competitive edge and push themselves to achieve that “next level” of success.
