Eventus will be undergoing an upgrade the morning of Thursday, December 1st.  During this time, Eventus will be unavailable.  It is expected to be available in the late morning/early afternoon.

Please contact Dylan Anderson if you have any questions.

Update: The upgrade has been completed.  Updates include:

  • Moving the menu to the top of the page.  This allows the content (such as the schedule and the event-entering form) to be wider & easier to read.
  • A new “subscribe” link now appears at the top of the schedule page.  This link will popup a URL you can use in iCal-aware applications such as Apple’s iCal, or Google Calendars.  Subscribing will update your calendar periodically to show booked events.  You can subscribe to all events in all places, or just specific categories in specific rooms.
  • The tooltips have been updated.  They will now move to the left of the cursor if the cursor is too close to the right of the window.  Additionally, really long tooltips (such as a list of all events for a day) will now fit in a scrolling window that must be closed by clicking on the “Close” button on the bottom.
