Thursday March 22nd

Kristen will deliver a presentation to employers and job seekers about the characteristics of various generations and how they can effectively work together in the workplace. The presentation aims to facilitate discussion by increasing understanding between the generations.

Session objective: Employers will learn how to manage multiple generations in the work place and have an opportunity to meet and interview prospective candidates in an informal setting. Job seekers will have an opportunity to learn more about the potential openings in a business, and how to work successfully with other generations in the workplace.
