This paid internship will allow University of Alberta students to live and work with rural communities across Alberta. Interns will have a comprehensive rural experience where they will be exposed to multiple aspects of rural municipal planning, administration, and program development. In addition to working with their host municipality, interns will also work under the guidance of Augustana faculty members in developing and researching community-based projects that support rural capacity and sustainability issues.

Want more information? Join us for an information meeting on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 starting at 6:00pm in the Forum Boardroom (2-004). One of last year’s interns will speak about her experience and application forms will be available.
