The add/delete deadline for courses is September 18, 2012. Any course deleted by this date will not appear on your transcript and no charge will appear on your fee statement for the course. You can delete a course through your Bear Tracks account.
If you are uncertain about how dropping a particular course will affect your academic program, please consult your Academic Advisor.
After September 18, any course drop is considered a withdrawal. A withdrawal requires paperwork to be completed: please begin the withdrawal process with your Academic Advisor. Any course withdrawal will appear on your transcript with a grade of “W”.
Withdrawals completed after September 18, but prior to October 5, will result in a 50% refund of tuition fees for the course; withdrawals completed after October 5 and before November 7 will be assessed full tuition for the course.
