Vikings Curlers Kassandra Hebert and Jessica Marchand are taking their talent home for a weekend.  Both athletes are heading to their hometown of Mallaig Alberta to put on a curling clinic for their local community. This event is to help foster curling in Mallaig, but will also act as a small fundraiser for the Vikings Curling Program.

Hebert and Marchand are bringing their new Head Coach Roger Galenza and a handful of their teammates to help put on this clinic that will take place November 9th and 10th.  The clinic which was originally being planned for local youth, was so popular members of the community have expressed interest, so the Vikings are opening it up to all ages and experience levels.

Friday November 9th the team will take part in a skins tournament that is being organized in Mallaig and Saturday they will actually get down to work.
