Augustana’s 2012 Distinguished Alumnus, Craig Wilson of CBS Television News in New York, will deliver a public lecture on Media and Democracy in Action.

We live in an age when tech savvy activists sending a cascade of messages about freedom and democracy spark revolts that topple dictatorships. At the same time, modern technology has created information chaos, challenging how citizens are informed.
