When: Monday, 19th August 2013, 22:00 to Tuesday, 20th August 2013, 06:00 (10:00PM to 6:00AM)
On August 19th, Technology & Learning Services (TLS) will be upgrading equipment in the Augustana core network. During the upgrade there will be no access to any Augustana IT resources or services from on campus, or from off campus. Likewise, there will be no campus access to Internet resources/UWS.
Please save all your files/work prior to the upgrade. TLS recommends shutting down your PC at the end of the work day on Monday, 19th August.
Users who leave their computer on at the end of the work day may receive a disconnection notice on their workstation as the upgrade begins. If you receive this notice, please reboot your computer after the upgrade is complete to restore access to your network drives.
