27Apr – Augustana Choir – Bring Your Song

Sunday, April 27 (7 pm), Augustana Chapel

The Augustana Choir is honoured to have been selected by a jury of the Association of Canadian Choral Communities (ACCC) to perform at the biennial Podium conference for choral conductors in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia tour repertoire will be performed, comprised primarily of Canadian choral music inspired by the Old World as well as the New World with featured works by local Alberta composers Robin J. King, James Neff, and Dr. Milton Schlosser. Two exciting new commissions by U of A trained composers Christine Donkin and Scott Godin will also be premiered.

Tickets (available only at the door): $18 (adults); $14 (students/seniors); $45 (family). R.A.R.E.
