Information only: Augustana telephone/voicemail scheduled service outage
Thursday March 6th 2014, 10:00PM to 12:00AM

In conjunction with NEC Canada, Technology and Learning Services is upgrading and migrating our campus voicemail service to new hardware. The process of migration and upgrade will increase hardware reliability of the voicemail service.The first of two related outages will occur on March 6th, from 10PM to midnight.

During the outage window, incoming calls to campus telephones will ring, but may not be forwarded to voicemail. On-campus (VoIP) telephone sets may also be offline for a period within the window. While offline, telephone sets can not be used to dial 911.
