Vikings Left Side, Keri Alcorn

Over the weekend, Women’s Volleyball took on the Lakeland Rustlers. On Friday, October 31, the Vikings played the Rustlers at home, but the team struggled to get into a rhythm. The Vikings dropped the first two sets 17-25 and 16-25. The team fought back in the third set and won 25-11. In an exciting fourth set, the Vikings fought their way back, but lost the set 27-29. Keri Alcorn was player of the game.

On Saturday, November 1, the Vikings travelled to Lakeland expecting to come away with a win. The team fought hard in the first two sets, but were unable to finish. They lost the first two sets 23-25 and 25-27. The team struggled in the third set to put the ball away and lost 16-25. Stefanie Zahara was player of the game.

Next weekend the Vikings travel to Keyano to take on the Huskies.
