A Joyful Noise (Community Choirs from Edmonton) [Eva Bostrand, Conductor] in Concert with Mannskor: Augustana’s Men’s Choir and Sangkor: Augustana’s Women’s Choir [Dr. John Wiebe, Conductor]. Founded ten years ago by Swedish soprano and voice teacher Eva Bostrand, A Joyful Noise choir welcomes singers of all backgrounds and musical experience. The choir sings an eclectic mix of repertoire from Bach to the Beatles, and learns songs in a variety of languages. This year, for the first time, the choir is travelling outside its home province in Canada and launching an international tour to Iceland. Tickets (available at the door): $18 (adults); $14 (students/seniors); $45 (family). R.A.R.E.
