With the league having gone back to a schedule separating the North and South teams for better travel, volleyball fans get to witness a crossover playoff structure for the first time since 2009. This prestigious tournament – the best conference championship in the country – takes place Feb.26-28 at the University of Alberta’s Augustana Campus.

Despite entering the ACAC only a few years ago, the Vikings have quickly become an elite team in the league, currently ranked as the ninth best team in the country. This year, the Vikings look to improve on the Bronze medal from last season by playing in the finals in front of the schools diehard fans. Joining the Vikings at the championship are seven other excellent teams, including the defending champs (and national 2 seed), Red Deer College.
