Due to popular demand, Mrs. Myrna Yellowbird from the Samson Cree Nation’s Department of Arts & Crafts will be back on campus later this month to teach interested participants the art of moccasin making.

Moccasin Making Class
Wednesday January 20, 27 & February 3, 2016
5:30 – 8:30 PM
Room L1-055, Wahkohtowin Lodge
U of A, Augustana Campus

Cost: $120 per participant*

*Includes all materials and 9 hours of instruction. Refundable if course is cancelled due to low enrollment.

This 3 week course includes 3 hours of instruction per week. Participants may come and go as their schedule permits, but should plan to attend class at least 2 hours per week. Given that each participant will work at their own pace, students may be required to work on their moccasins during their own time as well.
