Happy Wednesday! The semester is ramping up and so are this week’s events! On Thursday, students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend the Open House on Augustana’s Long Range Development Plan at 2:00 pm in the Wahkohtowin Lodge (corrected from last week, as there will be another evening session open to the general community as well, from 5 to 7 pm). Thursday is also this year’s Celebrate! event on North campus, where a handful of Augustana faculty and students will be recognized. Celebrate! is open to the public if you’d like to attend and congratulate the recipients.

Otherwise, check out the first Faculty Research Colloquia of the year this Friday at 12:30 pm, featuring professors Mélanie Méthot and Erin Weinberg, and stop by the bookstore for free cookies, candy, and great deals on Friday evening. Friday is also Orange Shirt Day – if you’d like to purchase an Orange Shirt to wear to commemorate children who went to Residential School, they are still available in the forum.

Please note that tonight’s public lecture on Reconciliation has been postponed.

Have a great week everyone!
