Exploitation of workers, communities and resources has always occurred, yet is not a main theme in the history of management. Even so, crimes, misconduct, unethical behavior and corporate social irresponsibility have become increasingly common, urging further reflection on these issues. In this Lunch & Learn, we will discuss the seriousness of corporate crimes, how they resemble genocide and consider why organizations become criminal.
